Thermo Kappo Flex
The TOX Thermo Kappo Flex insulation plug enables easy installation of wall connection profiles, lights, signs or small letterboxes on façades without pre-drilling through plaster layers of standard thicknesses - ideal for insulation materials, wood fibre insulation boards and use with sealing screws.
The glass-fibre-reinforced nylon plug, with a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 65 mm, enables secure anchoring without thermal bridges in insulation materials such as EPS, XPS, PUR and wood fibre insulation boards. Installation is quick and efficient using TX20, TX25 or TX40 (recommended for wood fibre insulation boards), with both pre-positioned installation and push-through installation possible. The plug is designed for sealing screws with a diameter of 4.5 mm and screws with wood thread with diameters of 3.5-4.5 mm.
