Packaging & Recycling

Information about the packaging materials we use can be found on this page.

Which packaging materials do we use?

Our product range includes a wide variety of products with different properties and variants, which means that our packaging is equally diverse – from cardboard packaging, bags and blister packs to round containers and assortment cases.

The following overview provides more detailed information about the various packaging types and materials used for our sales and transport packaging:

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
PET plastic, which we are all familiar with from beverage bottles, has a wide range of properties and is used for various types of packaging.

Paper, paperboard and cardboard (PPK)
Paper, paperboard and cardboard are materials produced through the mechanical and chemical processing of wood. They consist of the fibrous materials cellulose and lignin, as well as fillers used to achieve the desired properties.

We also use films and other materials for transport packaging.

Recycling – the right way!

Whether packaging can be recycled depends on its specific composition and the available collection, sorting and recycling processes.

To ensure that packaging can be returned to the recycling loop and recycled as a material*, it is important that you dispose of the packaging correctly and separate its individual components wherever possible. Please observe the markings on the packaging and the local waste-separation requirements.

We, TOX-Dübel-Technik GmbH, would like to point out that all used packaging that has been completely emptied, within the meaning of Section 15(1) of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), and that is of the same type, shape and size as the packaging used by us, may be returned free of charge at the place of delivery or in its immediate vicinity.
