PACKAGING & RECYCLING
WHICH PACKAGING MATERIALS DO WE USE?
Our range features a large selection of products with different properties and variants, so our packaging is correspondingly diverse - from cardboard
boxes, bags and blisters to round boxes and assortment boxes, everything is included.
The following overview provides more detailed information on the various packaging materials for our sales and transport packaging:
Polyethylenterephtalat (PET):
The plastic PET, which we all know from beverage bottles, has diverse properties and is particularly flexible. PET is widely used and can be recycled particularly well and easily. In Germany, however, until recently only one third of PET plastic was actually recycled, because the raw material does not return to the material cycle. Especially PET packaging, on which no deposit is charged, is rarely properly disposed of.
Paper, paperboard, cardboard packagings:
Paper, cardboard and paperboard packaging are materials obtained by the mechanical and chemical pulping of wood. They consist of the fibrous materials cellulose and lignin as well as fillers to adjust the desired properties.
In addition, we also use films and other materials as part of the use of transport packaging.
RECYCLING - BUT PROPERLY!
All our packaging can be recycled. However, to ensure that the packaging can also be profitably fed into the material cycle, i.e. recycled*, it is extremely important that you dispose of the packaging correctly.
To ensure that recyclable materials can actually be recycled and do not have to be incinerated, it is important that you separate your waste properly from the outset.
We, TOX-Dübel-Technik GmbH, would like to point out that all used, completely empty packaging as defined by § 15 Paragraph 1 of the Packaging Act (VerpackG) of the same type, shape and size as the packaging used by us can be returned free of charge at the place of handover or in its immediate vicinity.
