composite mortar
Liquix Ultra H1
Liquix Ultra H1 is a styrene-free composite mortar with building authority approval for cracked and non-cracked concrete, perforated and solid brick and post-installed rebar connections. The high-performance hybrid mortar is suitable for approval-relevant fixings in concrete and masonry, as well as construction projects requiring high durability and temperature resistance.
The injection mortar is earthquake-tested C1 and C2 and designed for fixing high loads weighing up to 13.3 tonnes according to approval. Anchoring without expansion pressure allows for small spacing and edge distances. It can be used in wet and water-filled drill holes, processed overhead and used with standard threaded rods or the TOX threaded rod Stix.
The transparent cartridge makes dispensing and fill-level monitoring easier. The cartridge can be reused by changing the static mixer. The new foil bag system with a patented closure eliminates the need to cut open the bag. The Liquix Fusion mixing nozzle reduces dispensing force by 35% and initial waste by at least 50%. Its tip can be shortened for flexible use in hard-to-reach areas. Emission tested, with a storage temperature of 0-30 degrees Celsius.
Scope of delivery: 1x Liquix Ultra H1 styrene-free composite mortar, 300 ml, with 2x Liquix Fusion.
The red all-purpose plug made TOX a household name: the company is a leader in the field of all-purpose plugs. Its comprehensive range is consistently tailored to the needs of customers and end users. The TOX brand stands for innovative products and expert solutions in fixing technology.
