Liquix Pro V1
Liquix Pro V1 is a styrene-free vinylester composite mortar for approval-relevant fixings in cracked and non-cracked concrete as well as perforated and solid brick. Post-installed rebar connections are also possible according to approval.
The injection mortar can be used with standard threaded rods and the TOX threaded rod Stix and can also be processed overhead. The variable anchoring depth saves time and material. No additional drill hole cleaning is required when using an approved hollow drill bit with dust extraction.
The transparent cartridge with an easy-to-read scale makes dispensing and fill-level monitoring easier. The cartridge can be reused by changing the static mixer. The new foil bag system with a patented closure eliminates the need to cut open the bag. The Liquix Fusion mixing nozzle reduces dispensing force by 35% and initial waste by at least 50%. Its tip can be shortened for flexible use in hard-to-reach areas. LEED and emission tested, with a storage temperature of 0-30 degrees Celsius.

- The specified loads refer to anchorings of single anchors in wet and dry concrete as well as for anchorings from -40° C to +24° C (or briefly up to +40° C)
- The partial safety factors of the resistances specified in the approval and a partial safety factor of γF = 1.4 are to be considered
- Approved wall plugs must be used for fixings where safety is of importance (see also www.tox.de/safety+loads)
