composite mortar
Liquix Base P7
Liquix Base P7 is a styrene-free polyester composite mortar for all common heavy-duty applications. The injection mortar is suitable for approval-relevant fixings in non-cracked concrete and masonry made of solid and perforated brick. It is available in various cartridge types and sizes with the Liquix Fusion static mixer.
The composite mortar can be used with standard threaded rods (according to approval) and the TOX threaded rod Stix. It can also be processed overhead and used in dry and water-filled drill holes. The variable anchoring depth saves time and material.
Liquix Base P7 is LEED and emission tested. The transparent cartridge with an easy-to-read scale makes dispensing easier and provides greater control over the amount injected into the drill hole. The new foil bag system with a patented closure eliminates the need to cut open the bag. Opened cartridges can be reused by changing the static mixer. The patented Liquix Fusion static mixer reduces dispensing force, initial waste and unused mortar remaining in the nozzle; the mixer can be shortened and is suitable for hard-to-reach areas. Storage temperature: 0 to 30 degree celsius.
Scope of delivery: 1x Liquix Base P7 styrene-free composite mortar, 345 ml, along with 2x Liquix Mix Fusion static mixers, 4x Liquix Sleeve 16 x 85 and 4x Stix M10 x 130 in a practical set.
The red all-purpose plug made TOX a household name: the company is a leader in the field of all-purpose plugs. Its comprehensive range is consistently tailored to the needs of customers and end users. The TOX brand stands for innovative products and expert solutions in fixing technology.
