.For installation, screw the thread of the spacer screw completely into the substrate through the upper batten. Then adjust the spacing by turning the screw counter-clockwise - the underhead ribs hold the battens firmly in position. The countersunk head with underhead milling ribs accelerates the countersinking process and ensures for surface-flush installation. The adjusting screw is equipped with a tip with cutting notch for fast bite in wood while reducing the splitting tendency. The Torx drive offers ideal force transmission to the screw and the bit holder provides maximum hold, so that it is subject to minimal wear. Screwing in does not require pre-drilling and is particularly energy- and battery-saving. The adjusting screws are extremely robust and also permanently compensate for tension or weather-related movements in the wood.
