Our Biscuit wood flat dowels are made from beech wood. The wooden connecting plates are used for the firm, stable joining of wooden parts such as carcasses or frame corner joints. However, they can also be inserted into a groove instead of a tongue. A 4 mm thick groove is inserted into both wooden parts to be joined using a groove milling machine. The connecting plates can be easily inserted into the groove thanks to their rounded edges. By adding white glue, the plates swell and fit perfectly.
