Liquix Pro V1
Liquix Pro V1 is a styrene-free vinyl ester composite mortar for code-compliant fastenings in cracked and non-cracked concrete, as well as in perforated and solid brick. Retrofitted rebar connections are also permitted in accordance with the approval.
The injection mortar can be used with standard threaded rods as well as the TOX Stix threaded rod and can also be applied overhead. The variable anchorage depth saves time and material. When using an approved suction drill, no additional drill hole cleaning is required.
The transparent cartridge with a readable scale facilitates dosing and fill level control.
By replacing the static mixer, the cartridge can be reused. Thanks to the new foil pouch system with a patented closure, there is no need to cut open the pouch. The Liquix Fusion mixing nozzle reduces the effort required by 35%, minimizes material waste by at least 50%, and can be flexibly used for hard-to-reach areas by trimming the tip. - The specified loads refer to anchorings of single anchors in wet and dry concrete as well as for anchorings from -40° C to +24° C (or briefly up to +40° C)
- The partial safety factors of the resistances specified in the approval and a partial safety factor of γF = 1.4 are to be considered
- Approved wall plugs must be used for fixings where safety is of importance (see also www.tox.de/safety+loads)
