composite mortar
Liquix Base P7
Liquix Base P7 is a styrene-free polyester composite mortar for all standard heavy-duty applications. The injection mortar is suitable for code-compliant fastenings in non-cracked concrete as well as in masonry made of solid and perforated brick, and is available in various cartridge types and sizes with the Liquix Fusion static mixer.
The composite mortar can be used with standard threaded rods (as per approval) as well as the TOX Stix threaded rod. It can be applied overhead and is suitable for use in both dry and water-filled drill holes. The variable anchorage depth saves time and material.
Liquix Base P7 is LEED-certified and emission-tested. The transparent cartridge with a readable scale facilitates dosing and provides greater control over the fill volume in the drill hole. Thanks to the new foil pouch system with a patented closure, there is no need to cut open the pouch. Partially used cartridges can be reused by replacing the static mixer. The patented Liquix Fusion static mixer reduces effort, waste, and unused mortar in the nozzle; the mixer can be shortened and is suitable for hard-to-reach areas. Storeable at 0–30 degrees C.
The package includes 1 x Liquix Base P7 styrene-free composite mortar (345 ml), along with 2 x Liquix Mix static mixers, 4 x Liquix Sleeve 16 x 85, 4x Stix M10 x 130 in a convenient set.
