Description & Application
-Heavy duty distance fixing for insulation, Clinker and flat roofs
-Practically no energy loss and no thermal bridges due to stainless steel A4
-Building authority approval for all spacer mounts
-Simple and quick installation
-For insulation up to 220 mm
Processing & Installation
-Drill through thermal insulation (Ø 30 mm)
-Measure thermal insulation
-Create drill hole in building material & if necessary. Remove plaster layer
-Clean drill hole
-Shorten threaded rods if necessary (length = drill hole depth + insulation layer) and screw on Iso Spacer
-In perforated brick only with screen sleeve. Insert it completely into the borehole
-Fill 2/3 of the borehole in the substrate or the sieve sleeve completely with composite mortar
-Insert the threaded rod with pre-mounted Iso Spacer into the borehole with a slight twisting motion
-Let the composite mortar cure
-Seal the gap with silicone
Install the add-on part.

- 1 Not included in approvals Z-21.8-2020
- 2 Applies to the drill hole depth in the building material. The thickness of the insulation and plaster layer are still to be added
- 3 The entire approval notice Z-21.8-2020 and the approvals ETA-09/0258, ETA-13/0052 and ETA-13/0053 + ETA-13/0047, ETA-17/0501, ETA-17/0503 listed therein must be observed when sizing
