All-purpose frame wall plug
Apollo KB
Product information "Apollo KB"
Properties
- Ideal for porous concrete P2: simply knock in + tighten: quick and easy
- Holds secure in almost all building materials
- Metal tip allows high load-bearing values
- Can be used directly with pre-assembled screw
Description and field of application
- 3-part expansion element with metal tip
- Shaft with anti-rotation locks
- Wall plug is completely pre-assembled with galvanised zinc-plated hexagonal screw with SW 13 drive
Processing and assembly
- In porous concrete P2, simply knock in with no pre-drilling required
- After inserting the Apollo KB, the screw must be tightened – in porous concrete, the optimum load-bearing value is achieved after 6 turns of the screw
- Drill into perforated brick and gypsum plasterboard in a rotary motion without impact to prevent the drill hole from becoming too large or webs in the perforated brick from breaking away
- Holds secure in concrete and solid brick by expansion
- Holds secure in perforated brick by expansion and knotting
- Holds secure behind gypsum plasterboard by knotting
- In porous concrete (aerated concrete), deep interlocking occurs (knotting)
- Through installation
Area of application: | Indoors |
---|---|
Diameter: | 10 |
Eigenschaft: | Allzweck-Rahmendübel |
Plug length: | 120 |
Screw type: | Wood screw |
Safety instructions
- The anchoring depth of the wall plug must be observed
- Drilling method and drill hole cleaning must be adapted to the building material
- The recommended loads only apply to installation in the building material, not for installation in joints
- Approved wall plugs must be used for fixings where safety is of importance (see also www.tox.de/safety+loads)
